Catering Policies

Catering policies

Menu pricing: All menu dinner prices vary depending on item and amount. Higher priced items being prime cuts of beef and seafood. Prices vary depending upon the size of event.  Guest over 150 and up will receive a substantial savings in price. We reserve the right to increase pricing for groups fewer than 25 people. All menus are suggested ideas and are not written in stone. Call us and be creative.

Menu Selection: Final menu selection must be submitted no later than 10 working days prior to the event.

Menu selection: Caterer will base the number of guests attending on the minimum number stated on the contract agreement. Once minimum is established the count may only be raised. Confirmation of any additional guests attending your function will be due 10 days prior to the event. If attendance should exceed the final number of guests guaranteed, client will be responsible for the balance at the end of the event.

Casa Blanca Catering HB requires: 50% deposit upon booking of all orders. The balance must be paid in full prior to the event. Personal checks must be received 14 days in advance of event. Make checks payable to: Jerry Alonzo / Casa Blanca

Cancellation policy: A fee will be charged based on the expenses incurred.

Final count: Due 10 day`s prior to event.

Gratuity: 15% will automatically be included in your bill for events over 6 guests.

Casa Blanca Catering HB: Reserves the right to offer a comparable or greater value substitution if food is not up to our standards of quality. Our uniformed serving personnel are courteous and attentive to take care of your food service.

Casa Blanca Catering HB Liability: The caterer assumes no liability concerning the loss or damage of personal property of the host, guests or exhibitors
